Kochi ipl team which was first named as Indi commandos Kerala,changed its name to “Kochi Tuskers Kerala”.The name change was due to the huge dissatisfaction among the Kerala cricket fans.The team has opened its office at Kochi with all the facilities like Gymnasium,Surgery room,Recreation room etc.The logo of the team is:

IPL Chapter closed for Dada!

IPL Chapter is over for former Indian captain,Sourav Ganguly.Kochi IPL team has expressed interest over him.But the move was opposed by 3 franchisees-RCB,RR AND MI.
So the hopes of making into the team failed for Ganguly.It was unfair from the teams to discard such a prestigious player from Indian Premier League.

Kochi IPL team signed two new uncapped players-Balachandra Akhil from RCB and Yashpal Singh from KKR.
B.Akhil is a useful all-rounder from Karnataka.He played for RCB in the previous editions of IPL.He was not very successful with them.

Kochi ipl team has signed the contract with Maharastra’s explosive batsman Kedar Jadhav for the ipl 4 season.
He was a part of the RCB squad for the 1st ipl season.Then he went to Delhi Daredevils team.In his ipl debut,he scored a 29 ball 50 against his first team RCB!!!!!!!.
